MAKING A PURCHASE

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.
Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer order following fulfillment will be made at the discretion of TSHIRTMACHINE.COM
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

The majority of orders are usually despatched within 5-10 working days. Some orders can take up to 28 days. In the event of stock shortages, TSHIRTMACHINE.COM will contact the customer via e-mail and either offer one of three options.
  1. Offer an Alternative
  2. Cancel order with full refund
  3. Place on backorder
All goods are sent by FIRST CLASS POST via Royal Mail unless otherwise requested at an extra cost to the customer. As TSHIRTMACHINE.COM uses a third party company to deliver goods we cannot be held responsible in any way for failed delivery.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed, using 128-bit encryption. Lloyds TSB Bank then processes the payment. Nobody at TSHIRTMACHINE.COM will ever see your card details.
Payment via PayPal uses paypal.com's own secure payment processing systems.

RETURNS POLICY

Orders can be cancelled for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Please include a note with the returned goods explaining what you would like us to do. Postal charges for any returned goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of items being sent in error Tshirtmachine.com will cover the return & replacement postal charges.
In the event that any replacement items are requested and TSHIRTMACHINE.COM are not responsible for any order error, then further postage charges will be incurred.
In the event of faulty goods being received, TSHIRTMACHINE.COM will send you replacement goods if requested and cover all costs involved.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive.
